Steampunk goggles.  It is finally here and just in time for Riverfest Mini Maker Faire.  We will be constructing goggles out of materials you bring.  So look around your house and your friends house for potential goggle materials.  Bring extra to share.

Here is a list of possibilities:

McDonald milk bottles with lids,

V8 bottles with lids,

any plastic bottles with lids,

Small lamp screws that stick out,

lamp finals,

old watches and leather straps,

safety goggles,

small lenses like what Harbor Freight has to clip on your glasses,

fidely bits that will just look cool.

Randy is bringing leather and I am bringing some lens material.  If you bring metal bring the tools to cut and shape it or let us know so we can get power tools in.

Since this is based on what you bring then keep in mind steampunk gun, ear piece, wrist device, hand attachment/replacement, or time popper.

We will be priming the plastic and then brassing it up.
