I wondered how expensive the LaunchPad device would be. From this Texas Instruments web site it looks pretty cheap, $4.30. I checked to see if DigiKey sells these items and sure enough they do. Their price is a little higher at $4.35 but it would cost me less in shipping to include this the next time I order parts from them anyway.
