Show & Tell - August 2, 7:00 to 9:00 pm

We're reaching that mid point of summer with plenty of hot days. It's Show & Tell time again so take a break and come see what cool projects people are working on.

Deep Ecology Project

What if some of your favorite foods begin to disappear, who would we blame? We tend to forget the important role honey bees play in our production of food crops. Honey bees are disappearing from a phenomenon called colony collapse disorder (CCD).

With the help of a Rocket Grant, Jarrett Mellenbruch is doing something about it with his Deep Ecology Project - HAVEN. Jarrett will be here to discuss the project and his unique Maker approach to hopefully solving some of the problems bees face.

Steampunk Leather Projects

We are looking forward to Steampunk themed workshops and party for our upcoming Parkville Days Maker event.

Tracy Nielsen, proprietor of the ETSY store Tickle Your Fantasy is coming by to show and tell us about making leather top hats.

Bring your Project

If you have a project you would like to show, bring it out and share with others.
